编译mysql5.1.73时报错error: No curses/termcap library found

在自己虚拟机上配置完成，并能运行项目后。把方法整理后交给同事，以为完事了，甚是高兴，不幸又出现错误，原本以下四步就可完成安装。
# tar –zxvf mysql-5.0.95 # ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/mysql --with-charset=gbk # make # make install但在make的时候出现：
make: * no targets specified and no makefile found. stop.仔细查看 ./configure时，报了下边几个错：
checking for tgetent in -lncurses... no checking for tgetent in -lcurses... no checking for tgetent in -ltermcap... no checking for tgetent in -ltinfo... no checking for termcap functions library... configure: error: no curses/termcap library found（重点错误）看错误提示可知是找不到curses，所以是缺少ncurses安装包造成的。
解决方法如下：
我的系统是redhat5系列：
yum list|grep ncurses yum -y install ncurses-devel yum install ncurses-devel完成后，重新 ./configure –prefix=/usr/local/mysql –with-charset=gbk,make && make install
在ubuntu16.04中编译内核时，使用make menuconfig发生错误，说没有安装ncurses-devel。
使用apt install ncurses-devel命令安装该库，没有，然后又使用apt install ncurses，还是没有该库。
说明有可能库名字在新的ubuntu版本中发生改变，因此到底名字变成什么了？
可以判定ubuntu软件管理器服务端有作修改过。所以到 ubuntu package archive（http://packages.ubuntu.com/）搜索是否存在该安装包，用’ncurses-devel’作为关键字搜索，没有任何结果。搜索’ncurses’出现了很多返回结果。根据每个返回搜索结果的说明可以发现在ubuntu中’ncurses-devel’是以’libncurses5-dev’命名的。
所以安装apt install libncurses5-dev
